Dein Properties, LP is a privately owned and operated real estate development company specializing in industrial and commercial real estate development including industrial property sales and leasing, manufacturing space, warehousing space, distribution facilities, mixed-use, office space and other commercial buildings.
Dein Properties was founded by Robert Deinarowicz Jr., a third generation manufacturing business owner and CEO of Fabricated Components Inc., a manufacturing company which he founded in 1990 in New Jersey. In 1997 Mr. Deinarowicz relocated his business to Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania to position it for cost effective growth. Since that time, Mr. Deinarowicz purchased two other manufacturing businesses that were located in New Jersey and moved them to Pennsylvania. Mr. Deinarowicz’s experience in manufacturing and with relocating manufacturing operations combined with Dein Properties’ real estate inventory uniquely positions Dein Properties to understand and provide for the needs of businesses seeking commercial space in the Pocono Mountains.
In fact, Robert Deinarowicz entered the commercial real-estate market in the Pocono Mountains because he saw the potential to help other companies experience the efficiencies that his business has experienced while making good long term real-estate investments in the process.
